Convenient location from the interstate, plenty of parking, clean room, comfy beds. Glenda was very pleasant during breakfast. There to answer any questions. Husband was pleasanosurprised with the breakfast sandwiches. Freshly ground coffee was also a big olus.

The place is always clean and the staff always top notch h professional. We love coming to the hotel and will be back again. We really like the smart tvs so we can cas our streaming services to enjoy our favorite shows.

I loved the staff the were so amazing and sweet. They were polite, welcoming, and tended to our needs. I forgot this one particular lady name she was there when I checked in Friday night and also there Saturday evening/night by herself Saturday 6/15 She deserves a lot she was wonderful a great smile, great customer service and we held a great conversation while I was checking in. I did let her know that know that she has wonderful customer service. Also the house keeper that came around to my door was amazing as well she was so sweet.Shout out to all the staff again that’s how it needs to be when you’re staying in any hotel. Keep up the great work.

The hotel was just about 2 years old, it was modern and functional just what we prefer. Nothing to complain about in the room, of course can always be a bit bigger but everything else was just perfect. Nice social places to sit and hang out and drink your 24/7 coffee outside. The location was great because it was very safe still on the Mississippi side in Southaven and only 15min drive away from graceland. After having been to memphis I would not go closer to memphis as it is a pretty rough place. Breakfast had everything anyone would want, from oats to eggs and omelets, fresh fruits and so on. Thanks to Madeylin at the reception and miss Glenda from breakfast for taking good care of us. Very good value for a very good price! We would look no further when coming back another time.

We didn't have the breakfast. The cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. I wanted to shout out a specific young lady, but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. They provided us with all of our requests. I love all of the Dove products that you all provide.

Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and seemed brand new, and the beds were soft and comfortable. We had an accessible room with two queen beds, and it was spacious and quiet. The bath was easy for my disabled mother to use. The overall aesthetic of the the hotel is modern and minimalist, but it still felt warm and inviting. We arrived after dark and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. The lighting around the bathroom mirror is quite flattering!

Every part of the hotel was clean and orderly. All of the staff we encountered were polite and professional, and our requests were happily fulfilled. This area at the end of June is like a boiling swamp, and we were expecting to have to crank up the air conditioner as soon as we got in the room to make it bearable, but were delighted to walk into a refreshing 68 degree room. The blackout curtains were exactly that, the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure, and we never heard any noise to indicate there were other guests, even though the hotel was full.

I really enjoyed how new and clean everything was. The hooks that replaced a closet were very useful for three guests with limited luggage.

Great location. We were only here for one night to allow us to visit Graceland and this was a very easy 15 minute drive. Staff were very nice.
